Astrelum.com does not ship any physical products. All items purchased through our store — personalized horoscope reports generated from the date, time, and location of birth you provide — are delivered exclusively online, in PDF format.

Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed and your birth details are processed, your personalized horoscope is typically delivered within 4–5 hours. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, as generation times can vary depending on order volume and the complexity of the reading.

How You'll Receive Your Order
Your PDF product will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Possible Delays
While we aim to deliver every report within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues, server maintenance, high order volume, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
